Volunteer Refund Request

Prior to fundraising through ANS Ministries the volunteer must have adhered and agreed with the Volunteer Financial Agreement. In order to submit a refund request the volunteer must:

1. Have sufficient funds available.
2. Submit Refund Request Form to ANS Ministries Volunteer Refund
3. Submit original receipts
   1. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
   2. Receipts must be submitted within 60 days of the last day of the event.
   3. Volunteer name must be on the original receipt. 
4. No refunds will be made for tips or the purchase of alcoholic beverages, tobacco or  souvenirs.  
5. Volunteer Refund will be sent through a Paypal account.
